Provided is a high-output motor serving as the drive source for an operation mechanism, the motor occupying a reduced space and being capable of being used even when the mounting space is limited. Also provided is a drive mechanism which is prevented from being adversely affected by vibration and heat generation by the drive source. Provided is a vibration motor unit for vibrating a vibrator and transmitting power using the vibration of the vibrator, the motor unit being provided with: the vibrator; a pressure applying mechanism for transmitting power to the vibrator by pressing the vibrator in a predetermined direction; and a first base member for holding the vibrator and the pressure applying mechanism. In the vibration motor unit, the vibrator and the pressure applying mechanism are held at positions at which the first base member is held between the vibrator and the pressure applying mechanism. A vibration motor and a lens drive device using the vibration motor are also provided.
