<p>Disclosed is a liquid chromatograph whereby, in high-speed liquid chromatographic analysis using the post column method, measurement can be conducted at a high sensitivity while maintaining the mixing accuracy of a sample that is eluted from a column with a reaction reagent without using a special mixing reaction section and preventing the diffusion of a target component. Specifically disclosed is a liquid chromatograph wherein the pressure tolerance of a mobile phase-feed pump (1) is greater than 40 MPa; the particle diameter of a packing in a separation column (3) is smaller than 3 µm; and a pressure buildup coil (9) is connected to a reaction reagent-feed pump (8) to elevate the pressure applied to the reaction reagent-feed pump (8).</p>
