PURPOSE: An apparatus for molding dumpling and an automatic array supply system are provided to enhance workability and productivity by automating a molding process, a transfer process, and an arrangement process and to hygienically produce the dumpling. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(200) for molding dumpling comprises: a main body(210); a shutter unit(220) which is installed on the main body to mold the dumpling; a transfer unit(230) which includes a conveyor belt for transferring the dumpling and pressurizes the dumpling to the shutter unit; an operation unit(250) which is installed on one side of the conveyor belt and makes a pressurization belt unit access to the shutter unit; and a tension control unit(240) which pressurizes the conveyor belt and includes a roller. |
