<p>A hearing aid assembly including a behind the ear device, an in the ear device, and a cable adapted to be connected between the behind the ear device and the in the ear device. The cable may be an electrical connection or a sound pipe. In order to allow correct fitting of the assembly, the effective distance between the device can be altered using a repositionable attachment, without requiring alteration of the length of the cable by the fitting clinician.</p> |
