PURPOSE: A system and a method for guiding and subscribing to a fixed cost reduction service are provided to enable a service providing company to provide a service to business carriers by receiving subscriber attracting commission. CONSTITUTION: Data about a cost for using a fixed cost service are inputted from subscribers who want to subscribe to a fixed cost service(S101). The first service estimate is calculated based on reference data for the same service and used data(S103). Service subscription data is inputted(S105). The subscription data is transmitted to the first service server(S107). Subscription attracting commission is transferred(S109). |
