PURPOSE: A three phase cable pulling device is provided to monitor the speed and direction of pulling a cable by including a G sensor and a monitoring camera. CONSTITUTION: A body(110) has a conical shape. A front rotary unit(120) is arranged in front of the body. Three rear rotary units(130) are arranged on the rear of the body. A G sensor is arranged inside the body and measures the moving direction and speed of the body. A monitoring camera is arranged in the receiving groove of the body. The monitoring camera photographs the traveling direction of the body in real time and transmits a signal by wired or wireless.
