PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and a device for an organic material composite calcium fertilizer are provided to use oyster shells, livestock excretion, and distillery sludge for manufacturing the organic material composite calcium fertilizer containing calcium, phosphorus, and nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method and a device for an organic material composite calcium fertilizer comprises the following steps: selecting and separating oyster shells(S10); drying the oyster shells(S20); supplying heat energy using a heat supplier to dry the oyster shells(S120); crushing the dried oyster shells(S30); storing the oyster shell powder(S40); forming a liquid fertilizer by fermenting livestock excretion(S50); transferring the liquid fertilizer and distillery sludge(S60,S160); mixing the oyster shell powder, the liquid fertilizer, and the distillery sludge(S70); extruding the mixture(S80); drying the produced fertilizer(S90); and packing the dried fertilizer(S100). |
