PURPOSE: A refloating sluice gate which can easily operate a hydraulic cylinder by moving the hydraulic cylinder back and forth is provided to reduce material costs by simplifying manufacture and installation processes. CONSTITUTION: A refloating sluice gate which can easily operate a hydraulic cylinder is composed like next. An overflow preventive projection(21a) is formed in a closed cylinder mounting portion. A cylinder cover(40) is fixed on a hydraulic cylinder(30) inserted within the closed cylinder mounting portion. When the hydraulic cylinder operates, the jaw for the encapsulated type cylinder installation unit and the overflow preventive projection formed in both sides of a water gate(20) receives the guideline of the cylinder cover.
