A control method for accessing of User Equipment (UE), a mobility management entity and a user equipment are provided. Thereinto, the control method for accessing of UE includes that: an access request initiated by UE in the limited area is received (S100); whether UE has finished an emergency service or not before initiates the access request is judged, if UE has finished the emergency service, accessing of UE is allowed (S102). The application of the method provided by embodiment of the present invention enables UE can still process the emergency service when UE is in the limited area and has finished the emergency service.
