PURPOSE: Traditional seasoning sauce for side dishes including bamboo salt is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by saving labor or time, and to offer simple steps for cooking the side dishes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bamboo salt seasoning sauce in which the bamboo salt is included as effective components includes the following steps of: mixing clear bamboo salt water or bamboo salt powder with ingredients comprising kimchi seasoning sauce; mixing the ingredients with boiled water in which water or dried anchovy, dried shrimp, sea tangle, and onions; squeezing the ingredients with a compressor; and making the bamboo salt seasoning sauce to an ice cream shape. |
