PURPOSE: A belt cleaner is provided to eliminate residual extraneous matters attached on the surface of a conveyor belt and to support a scraper. CONSTITUTION: A belt cleaner comprises a holder(6) and a pressing lifter. The holder supports a scraper and has a pair of support walls(11,12) arranged in a horizontal direction of a belt. The pressing lifter pushes up the holder. The scraper is curved in an arc shape when a blade is supported using a supporting unit(13). Shape converting units(20) supporting the blade are installed inside the supporting unit.
