PURPOSE: A concrete tunnel structure excavation method is provided to prevent damage to a tunnel structure by minimizing the friction between the ground and the tunnel structure and the earth pressure applied to the tunnel structure. CONSTITUTION: A concrete tunnel structure excavation method comprises steps of: excavating two sides of a construction site to form a propulsion base(10) and a destination base(20) of predetermined depth, setting a plurality of propulsion jacks(30) in the propulsion base to pressing a tunnel structure(60) into the ground, forming a tip structure(40) in front of the tunnel structure to lead the insertion of the tunnel structure into the ground, coupling a plurality of guide pipes(50) to the specified positions of the tip structure, pressing and advancing the tip structure, the tunnel structure, and the guide pipes into the ground, and successively positioning tunnel structures and guide pipes until the tunnel structure reaches the destination base.
