FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and hernioventroplasty, can be used for plasty of median, primary, recurrent and post-operation abdominal hernias of medium and large dimensions. Anterior leaves of rectus sheaths are dissected along all length of defect symmetrically on the right and on the left, indenting not less than 2.5-3 cm from internal edge of muscle. Through internal leaves of dissected anterior walls of rectus sheaths two rows of through ""-shaped sutures are made. Simultaneous approach of internal leaves with formation of aponeurotic duplication is carried out. Threads are not tied but left tightened. When edges are brought closer be means of traction with threads traction of abdominal wall is performed which results in exposure of recti due to lateralisation of external leaves. Mesh - endoposthesis is cut out separately on the right and on the left by form of exposed abdominal recti in such way that it does not overlap area of duplication fully. Cut out mesh is fixed on defect edge, and in zone of formed duplication - on earlier applied through ""-shaped sutures. ^ EFFECT: method allows to ensure reliable strengthening of anterior abdominal wall and to form white line. ^ 3 dwg |
