FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is realised as follows. Pumpkin and girasol are washed, rinsed with bubbling of carbon dioxide into rinsing water, separately ground and finished to produce puree. Lime juice, puree and sugar syrup are blended. Heated, packed, sealed and sterilised. To prepare for blending of puree and sugar syrup, components are taken at the following mass ratio by content of dry substances, wt %: girasol 20-21, pumpkin 19-20, lime juice 10-10.5, sugar 9.5-10, water - up to 100. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce new nectar from non-traditional raw materials enriched with biologically active substances, which in chemical composition may be recommended for use in diet nutrition. |
