PURPOSE: A door skin manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce mold manufacturing costs by enabling the replacement of a specific pattern in a door skin mold to manufacture various door skins. CONSTITUTION: A door skin manufacturing method comprises the following steps. A thermoplastic resin panel is softened through a heating device. The softened thermoplastic resin panel is put into a door skin mold(6). The vacuum suction power of a vacuum suction unit is applied to a thermoplastic resin panel through a vacuum absorption hole(6a). The thermoplastic resin panel is deformed to correspond to the shape of the door skin mold so that a door skin having a specific pattern is molded and dried.
