PURPOSE: A medical treatment heater is provided, which can proceed heating and cooling process using one apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A medical treatment heater comprises: a body housing in which an opening is formed in the top and which forms the main body; a receiving body(110) which is combined with the inside of the body housing and in which a plurality of inserting holes are formed to receive one or more syringes; heating and heating units which cool and heat the plasma contained in a syringe; a temperature sensor which measures the temperature of the plasma on a real time basis; and a controller(170) which successively controls the heating and cooling units.
