<p>A method for implementing common channel coverage by multi-antenna includes that: time-frequency resources for transmitting common channel signals in a frame are divided into N time-frequency resource blocks; N weighting vectors each of which is composed of M weighting coefficients are generated, the M corresponds to the number of antennas, and in every direction of an omnidirectional cell/sector, the gain difference of an average radiation pattern of radiation patterns of the N weighting vectors is less than a preset value; one of the N weighting vectors is individually selected for each time-frequency resource block among the N time-frequency resource blocks, and the weighting vectors of different time-frequency resource blocks differ from each other; the common channel signals of the corresponding M antennas are individually weighted by the M weighting coefficients in the selected weighting vector, and the weighted common channel signals are transmitted by the M antennas. Additionally, a device for implementing common channel coverage by multi-antenna is provided.</p> |
