<p>A framework structure for a vehicle, wherein, when a load is inputted in the structure from a bumper reinforcement member, the structure causes the load to be inputted in a direction in which an impact absorbing member has high impact absorbing ability, achieving a high energy absorbing effect. A front side member (3) is connected to a bumper reinforcement member (1) via a crush rail (2). A spreader (4) is mounted between bumper reinforcement member (1) and the crush rail (2). The spreader (4) is provided with a spreader body (41) sandwiched between the bumper reinforcement member (1) and the crush rail (2) and also with a spreader projection (42) projecting outward of the vehicle from the spreader body (41). The spreader projection (42) has smaller geometrical moment of inertia than the spreader body (41).</p> |
