PURPOSE: A relay system with a photographing unit, connected to an HFC connection network is provided to supply image information of the photographing unit to a cable broadcast, the internet, and a mobile communication managing center, thereby checking the image information around the relay device through a TV, a computer, and a mobile communication terminal in real time. CONSTITUTION: A relay device(130) controls communication among a center for managing a cable broadcast, the internet, and mobile communication, a TV(160), a computer(163), and a mobile communication terminal(165). A photographing unit(140) obtains image information around the relay device in one-side of the relay device. The photographing unit transmits the image information to the relay device. The photographing unit includes an IR(Infrared Ray) sensor and a control module(143).
