A laser light source apparatus comprising: a laser light source(21) which emits a laser light(L); a laser-driving unit (31) which drives the laser light source; a focusing lens(24) which focuses the laser light and reflects a portion of the laser light; a light sensor (29) which receives the reflected laser light(LS) reflected by the focusing lens and outputs a detection signal corresponding to the intensity of the reflected laser light; and a control unit (30) which controls the driving of the laser light source by the laser-driving unit (31), based on the detection signal. The focusing lens (24) is arranged in an eccentrically rotated manner such that the optical axis (A24) of the focusing lens tilts (by an angle a) from the central beam (L0) of the laser light (L) being emitted to the focusing lens.
