The invention relates to the use of a polypeptide comprising SEQ ID NO : 2 (CCL2-8PA) or SEQ ID NO : 4 (CCL2*-8PA) as medicament for the treatment of autoimmune, inflammatory or infectious diseases; fusion polypeptide amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO : 2 fused to the constant region of a human immunoglobulin heavy chain of SEQ ID NO : 5, a method for producing the fusion polypeptide. Polypeptides disclosed can be used as active ingredient in pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of inflammatory, autoimmune, or infectious diseases. |
