The invention relates to a TGF-ß1-inhibiting peptide for use in the preventive or therapeutic treatment of skin tumours in initial stages, in which the peptide is disitertide or a derivative thereof, and also to a pharmaceutical composition containing a therapeutically effective quantity of the peptide for said use.
