<p>A sample solution is supplied to a sample reservoir to introduce the sample into a separation medium arranged in a flow path, and subsequently a buffer solution is supplied to the sample reservoir. The buffer solution is supplied to the sample reservoir in such a state that an obstruction is arranged in an opening part of the sample reservoir so that a gap through which the buffer solution flows into the sample reservoir has a size of 0.5 to 3.0 mm.</p> |
