System for cutting machining of objects, comprising a bit (11) for cutting machining in the form of milling, and a cartridge (10) for receiving and holding the bit (11) by means of a fastening device (14), wherein the cartridge (10) is detachably connectable to a milling head (27) by means of a fastening means (23). The milling head (27) is arranged for milling in a counter-clockwise direction of rotation. The cartridge (10) is detachably connectable also with a lathe tool holder (35) for receiving the cartridge (10), wherein at least one portion of the bit (11 ) for milling can be used also for cutting machining in the form of lathe machining.
