PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing cup sundae(sausage made of bean curd and green-bean sprouts stuffed in pig intestine) and sliced sundae is provided to enable a taker to instantly eat the sundaes by heating the sundaes in a microwave. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cup sundae and sliced sundae comprises the following steps: storing boiled sundae in a refrigerator; secondarily boiling the stored sundae; aging the boiled sundae for 1 hours or more using a container keeping warmth; drying the aged sundae in a dry plate; cutting the dried sundae into a size of 2 cm; packing the cut sundae in a container; freezing the packed sundae in a freezer having a temperature of less than (-)30°C. |
