PURPOSE: A glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe and a method of preparing the same are provided to prevent the torsion and of a glass fiber and improve the rigidity of the glass fiber. CONSTITUTION: A glass fiber complex tube(550) includes a glass fiber combined with synthetic resin on inner and outer layer. A core layer is interposed between the inner and outer layer. The core layer is formed by successively laminating a first core composite layer, a 3D sheet layer, and a second core composite layer.
