The device has an opening control unit controlling an opening of a main parachute and having an open control cable to lock and unlock a release connection system from a secondary parachute. A connection belt (3) of a main deployment bag has a proximal end (22) and a distal end (21). An intermediate part (38) is fixed between the ends of the belt. An attaching and controlling unit connects the belt to the cable of the main parachute for controlling unlocking of the system so as to release the secondary parachute outside a harness bag during remoteness of the deployment bag.
