PURPOSE: An image processor synthesizing video data and graphic data, an electronic device including the same and an image processing method are provided to reduce the bandwidth of a memory storing the graphic data. CONSTITUTION: A scaler(220) scales compressed graphic data in a horizontal direction by using a bi-linear scaling method. The scaler scales the scaled graphic data in a vertical direction by using a line copy method. A data synthesizing unit(230) synthesizes the graphic data outputted from the scaler and the video data.
