PURPOSE: A system for automatic conversion into a web-accessibility standard website, and a service providing method thereof are provided to reduce the working time and cost by simply generating a webpage proper to a web-accessibility standard through a operation for inputting a determined comment to an HTML(Hypertext Markup Language) source. CONSTITUTION: A website is registered to a web accessibility conversion server, and a web source of the website is analyzed and classified(120). A main menu, a sub menu and other contents are registered to the conversion server. The processing for the comment converted into a web accessibility webpage is performed(130). The conversion server automatically converts the contents in a web-accessibility standard(140). The contents converted into the web-accessibility standard is published(150).
