PURPOSE: An echo-friendly all-weather pressure generator is provided to generate power through the weight of a vehicle and reduce the rattling of a vehicle by the installation of a shock absorbing spring on segments of a road. CONSTITUTION: An echo-friendly all-weather pressure generator comprises a pressure energy absorption plate and a spring. The spring keeps the pressure energy absorption plate at the height of 7~8cm. The echo-friendly all-weather pressure generator is installed next to a toll age or a ticket machine of a highway. When the echo-friendly all-weather pressure generator receives pressure, torque is generated by the operation of a spring gear.
