PURPOSE: A cart with an auxiliary wheel is provided to simply and naturally draw out an auxiliary wheel when the cart is lifted up and to maintain balance when the cart is stopped. CONSTITUTION: A cart with an auxiliary wheel comprises a front wheel(200), an auxiliary wheel(300), and a position controller(400). The front wheel is installed in the front of a load support frame(140). The auxiliary wheel is installed between stop supports(160). The position controller controls the position of the auxiliary wheel and has a guide tube(410), a guide rod(420), and a controller(430).
