PURPOSE: A powder discharging unit for a powder manufacturing machine is provided to obtain powder from a pulverizing unit and discharge pure powder without wind. CONSTITUTION: A powder discharging unit includes a pulverizing unit, a pulverizing body, an opening and closing door, and a pulverizing impeller. A powder discharging unit(110) including an upper discharging unit(111) and a lower discharging unit(112) is formed on the lower side of a discharging hole. Pulverized powder is supplied to the powder discharging unit, and wind generated from the pulverizing impeller is eliminated in order to discharge pure powder.
