A unit for preserving milk qualitative indices comprises an accumulating and preserving container with a cooling water jacket, a refrigerating unit. The milk being received passes through a heat exchanger where temperature thereof becomes the same as in the container being cooled. For maintaining the given milk quality the unit can operate independently and be mobile with low power of the cooling unit. |
