<p>The bar (10) has a set of round tubes (12) threaded on a core (11) i.e. round rod, so that spaces are formed between the set of tubes. Housings accommodate suspension hooks (19, 29). The set of tubes is provided with an identical section. Another set of round tubes (13) is threaded on the core and provided with another identical section, where the sets of tubes are stacked with each other. An assembly of the sets of tubes is maintained on the core that is made of steel. The sets of tubes are made of plastic i.e. PVC.</p>
