PURPOSE: A device for sterilizing and drying footwear is provided to improve portability by removing a separate power line. CONSTITUTION: A device for sterilizing and drying footwear comprises a driving fan(220), a fan motor(230), a main body, a fixed cap(240) and a sterilization filter(260). The driving fan inhales external air. The fan motor runs the driving fan. The main body is inserted to the inside of the footwear. The driving fan and fan motor are installed on the lower part of the main body. An air exhaust hole(322) is formed at the exterior of the main body. An air inducing cavity(334), in which the air is inhaled is formed, is formed on the main body. The fixed cap is fixed on the top of the air inducing cavity. The sterilization filter has vegetable sterilizing member.
