METHOD FOR IMMUNOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF ACTIVITY OF PAPILLOMAVIRUS INFECTION IN GIRLS AND WOMEN OF EARLY REPRODUCTIVE AGE

摘要

The method for the immunological diagnosis of the activity of papillomavirus infection in the girls and women of early reproductive age comprises the assay for lymphocyte subpopulations in the peripheral blood and concentration of immunoglobulines in cervical mucus or vaginal washout. The increase of the content of activated T lymphocytes and T-natural killers in peripheral blood as well as the increase in slgA:IgA ratio in cervical mucus or vaginal washout are considered as unfavorable factors indicating the development of the immune response to the high activity of papillomavirus infection.
