<p>A personalized suitcase and a vacuum moulding method thereof are provided. The vacuum moulding method is based on a personalized vacuum moulding device which includes the main body (1) of a mould and a module unit (2) with personalized patterns designated by consumers. The vacuum moulding method for a suitcase comprises following steps: 1) positioning a personalized module unit (2) at a suitable place on the surface of the main body (1) of mould; 2) loading a raw plastic sheet for suitcase onto the vacuum moulding device and heating it till soft; 3) applying vacuum/negative pressure on the raw plastic sheet for suitcase so as to make it laying against the surfaces of the main body (1) of mould and the amounted personalized module unit (2). After being cooled, convex or concave patterns can be created on the surface of a suitcase.</p> |
