PURPOSE: An electroosmotic sludge reduction apparatus including a guide member is provided to prevent the side of sludge from leaking and to prevent electric shock accident when voltage is sanctioned due to the guide member including an insulating material. CONSTITUTION: An electroosmotic sludge reduction apparatus comprises: a frame; a filter cloth transport unit; a sludge supply unit; a dehydration unit comprising a first electrode including a first electrode plate applying a pressure and voltage to the sludge and a second electrode including a second electrode plate(242-1); a driving unit elevating the dehydration unit; and a controlling unit. The second electrode includes a support member for supporting the second electrode plate and a guide member(242-3) for guiding the sludge which is moved through filter cloth.
