The third input of the ADC is connected to the second output of the time synchronisation unit. The output of the double-channel ADC is connected to the input of a multithreaded computer designed for determining amplitude-frequency response, "öÑ", "Ñ" of the ionospheric radio channel from tilt sounding data, the first output of which is connected to the third input of the linear frequency modulation generator.
