The first input of a double-channel ADC is connected to the output of RRD1. The second input of the ADC is connected to the output of RRD2. The third input of the ADC is connected to the second output of the time synchronisation unit. The output of the double-channel ADC is connected to the input of a multithreaded computer designed for determining amplitude-frequency response, "öÑ", "Ñ" of the ionospheric radio channel from tilt sounding data, the first output of which is connected to the third input of the linear frequency modulation generator.
