The method for producing a metal-plastic washer, used as a pre-shock absorber for clutches, comprises making an outer plastic washer (12) with downwardly-projecting claws (25) which have an inwardly-facing bead (32) at their tips. An inner metal washer (14) is produced with corresponding notches (46) in its outer edge and the two washers are clipped together. An independent claim is included for metal-plastic washers produced using the method.
