<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel flow rate measuring device and fuel flow rate measuring method which allow the measurement of fuel flow rate with a relatively simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel flow rate measuring device 20 which is provided in series or in parallel to a fuel passage 12 forcing fuel f of an internal combustion engine 2 to pass therethrough and which measures a flow rate of fuel f, includes a heating wire 24 for heating fuel f1 passing through a fuel passage 23 for measurement which is provided thereinside so as to calculate a flow rate Qf of fuel passing through the fuel flow rate measuring device 20 from measured electric energy Pm or temperature difference ΔTc between measured temperature T1 of fuel f1 and temperature Tc of the heating wire 24 based on the relation of electric energy Pm supplied to the heating wire 24 and of temperature difference ΔTc between fuel temperature T1 and temperature Tc of the heating wire 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
