<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that when carrying out buckwheat noodles cutting, although a Komaita (cutting tool) is piled up on a noodles body and the buckwheat noodles cutting is carried out with using it as a guide, a lower noodles body hides for a conventional cutting tool and it is difficult to view a buckwheat noodles cutting condition, although buckwheat noodles cutting width is judged by the angle of a kitchen knife when the kitchen knife is leaned and the cutting tool is horizontally moved, therefore skill is needed for judging the exact buckwheat noodles cutting width, moreover, when a person tries to directly view the buckwheat noodles cutting, he assumes an unnatural posture and is accompanied by fatigue. <P>SOLUTION: If the buckwheat noodles cutting condition can be directly viewed, it becomes easy to cut buckwheat noodles with the same width even without becoming skillful and even without assuming the unnatural posture. In order that the buckwheat noodles cutting condition can be directly viewed, it is possible to see through from the right above part to the lower part of the cutting tool by preparing a batten (2) in one end (1) of a plate and establishing space (3) in the central part of the batten (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
