RUNNING DEVICE OF WORK CRAWLER VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running device of a work crawler vehicle capable of reducing a large impact induced when a crawler overcomes an uneven ground contact surface and of removing a sense of fear for drop height of an end of the crawler. SOLUTION: This device includes a spring constant balancing means for balancing an apparent spring constant over the entire length of a second arm (32) which occurs when the crawler (6) is at its maximum reverse warping. The spring constant balancing means includes enlarging a maximum swing angleαof the second arm (32) capable of making contact with a first arm (31) in comparison with a maximum intersecting angleβof a connection link (62) when the crawler (6) is at its maximum reverse warping. The maximum swing angleαto be enlarged of the second arm is desirably 1.3 to 2.0 times a typical maximum swing angle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
