PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick cosmetic tester configured to stably support refills of various outside diameter sizes, and to prevent falling off of the refills. SOLUTION: A plurality of ribs 2f are provided along the longitudinal direction of a cylindrical part 2b on the inner peripheral surface 2e of the cylindrical part 2b and near a lid part 2a in a refill holder 2 for storing a refill 24 or 29, a lower end opening 2c of the refill holder 2 is disposed with an adapter 3 having an outer peripheral edge having a shape following the inner peripheral surface 2e of the cylindrical part 2b of the refill holder, and having a center part having a through-hole 3d of a shape following the outer peripheral surface of an outer cylinder 25 of the refill 24 or 29, a turning operation part 27b or a sheath skirt part 29a of the refill 24 or 29 is fitted to the inner peripheral surfaces of the ribs 2f of the refill holder 2 in a non-rotating manner, the outer cylinder 25 of the refill 24 or 29 is inserted through the through-hole 3d of the adapter 3, and the refill 24 or 29 is stored in a relatively rotatable manner.
