<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize even a narrow sidewalk, by arranging a ground device installed in an electrical cable common duct provided in a sidewalk zone so as to be deviated from the position of the electrical cable common duct and close to the sidewalk. <P>SOLUTION: Support edges 7 for supporting a ground device P installed on an upper opening of the electrical cable common duct body 1 are provided on the right and left edges of the upper opening of the electrical cable common duct body 1 buried in the sidewalk zone W. A cable insertion portion 42 for various cables C, which route the cables C through the ground device P, when the installation position of the ground device P is changed and adjusted along the supporting edges 7 to arrange the ground device P outside by the support edges 7 of the upper opening of the electrical cable common duct body 1 is formed on a sidewall 1A of the side where the ground device P is installed.
