PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device for a heat exchanger reducing the weight and cost. SOLUTION: The connecting device 6 for the heat exchanger includes a first connecting member 46 comprising a forged product and a second connecting member 47 comprising a pressed product. The first connecting member 46 includes two refrigerant passages 48, 49 and screw holes 51. The second connecting member 47 is brazed to the first connecting member 46, and includes two refrigerant passages 54, 55 leading to the refrigerant passages 48, 49 of the first connecting member 46 and a through-hole 56 surrounding opening ends of the screw holes 51. The plurality of screw holes 51 of the first connecting member 46 are formed in the direction orthogonal to a line interconnecting the centers of both refrigerant passages 48, 49 of the first connecting member 46, leaving an interval. The screw holes 51 of the first connecting member 46 are formed between both refrigerant passages 48, 49, and the through-hole 56 of the second connecting member 47 is formed between both refrigerant passages 54, 55 of the second connecting member 47.
