摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the supply of a system wherein a change in control quantity due to vehicle body vibrations and the like is small even when an operation device with a short operation stroke range is adopted, and obtaining the control quantity according to feeling when carrying out fine adjustment by increasing/decreasing an operation stroke. SOLUTION: A controller 20 calculates a speed ratio in accordance with a relationship L1 shown in Fig.3, and controls it. (1) A first line L11 on which the speed ratio reduces corresponding to a change in the operation stroke, a second line L12 that has hysteresis with respect to the first line L11, and third lines L131, L132, L133, L134 on which the speed ratio changes corresponding to the change in the operation stroke are set. (2) The speed ratio is calculated when the operation stroke changes in the increasing direction from a point on the first line L11. (3) The speed ratio is calculated when the operation stroke changes in the decreasing direction from a point on the second line L12. (4) The speed ratio is calculated when the operation stroke changes in the decreasing direction from the point on the first line L11 or the operation stroke changes in the increasing direction.
