PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the production of products of higher quality by preventing dewing between the products and packaging paper during frozen or refrigerated storage. SOLUTION: A continuous cooling transfer apparatus can continuously transfer products produced at a high temperature to the next process by means of transfer devices stably without deforming the products, and can cool the products during the transfer primarily by means of a blower device and secondarily with cooled air to feed the products at a subnormal temperature to a packaging process. This can reduce dewing between the products and packaging paper during refrigerated storage to provide products of higher quality. After the completion of transfer of the products, the transfer device section can be immediately automatically cleaned to make the transfer devices effective in hygiene control.
