<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the propulsion efficiency of a hull by reducing the fluid resistance of a rudder in a twin-shaft and twin-rudder ship. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of right and left propellers 11, 12 are juxtaposed at a rear part of a hull 10, and a pair of right and left rudders 13, 14 are juxtaposed at a rear part of the hull 10 behind the pair of right and left propellers 11, 12 and on the center side of the hull 10. First guide faces 23a, 24a opposite to each other, and second guide faces 23b, 24b not opposite to each other are provided on the pair of rudders 13, 14, and the second guide faces 23b, 24b are protruded outward of the first guide faces 23a, 24a.
