<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a time be known even in a dark place, and to produce various decoration effects. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A light transmission member 12 is disposed in the uppermost layer, a decoration member 11 having a through-hole 13 is disposed in an intermediate layer, and a light emitting member 10 is disposed in the lowest layer. Therefore, the light from the light emitting member 10 of the lowest layer passes the through-hole 13 disposed in the decoration member 11 of the intermediate layer, and transmits the light transmission member 12 of the uppermost layer in a part corresponding to the through-hole 13, thereby illuminating the light transmission member 12 of a neighborhood corresponding to the through-hole 13. Thus, a time can be known even in a dark place, and the decoration effect of both decoration member 11 and the light transmission member 12 is obtained, so that decorative variation becomes large, and various decoration effects can be obtained.
